Unarmed Security

The 20-Hour Unarmed Security Certificate course provides 20 hours of basic training for entry-level positions as an unarmed security officer or guard in the state of Illinois. You’ll learn about the responsibilities of private security officers and the services offered by the security industry as a whole. You’ll cover objectives in this course which include criminal and civil law, patrolling techniques and report writing.

The Illinois Concealed Carry Certificate program provides students with the detailed instruction needed to carry, care for, and use a concealed weapon. This course is taught by experienced NRA licensed firearm instructors at our state-of-the-art training center at 7545 S. Western Ave. in Chicago.

Concealed & Carry Renewal

In Illinois, a Concealed Carry permit expires after five years. Fortunately, the renewal process is simple! You only need to complete two hours in the classroom and one hour at a gun range to renew the permit.
