Unarmed & Armed Security Training From AGB Security Guard Training Institute
Become a licensed security guard with our expert security officer training program
AGB is certified by the state of Illinois to provide security guard training courses. Our curriculum goes beyond the requirements for security outlined in state law. AGB Security Training provides additional in-depth instruction that you won’t find at smaller security training companies. Our classes are taught in Chicago by NRA-trained instructors at the AGB Institute. Our trainers include former law enforcement officers, with experience at the federal level. The customized security officer training that we offer equals what you’ll find at the largest national and international firms.
Our security guard training classes are designed for two levels of guarding: unarmed security guard and armed security guard. You must complete the unarmed security training before you can take the armed security training, which prepares you to carry and use a firearm, as well as qualifies you to complete an Illinois perc card application.
